ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because each crankbait is custom‑painted and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all order details carefully before checkout. If you are submitting a custom design, make sure your colors, patterns, and instructions are accurate and complete. We create each bait based on the information you provide, and we are not responsible for errors or omissions in the customization notes.

Due to the hand‑painted nature of our products, slight variations in color, pattern, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and are part of the uniqueness of custom‑painted lures.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
