All orders are shipped using the carrier selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Please allow time for the tracking status to update, as carriers may experience delays in scanning packages.
Shipping times vary based on your location, the carrier, and current shipping conditions. Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Please note that all lures are custom painted. Production time is separate from shipping time, and each lure requires adequate time to be painted and sealed before it is ready to ship. Because every bait is made to order, production times may vary based on order volume and complexity. We appreciate your patience while your lure is being created.
Bait & Brush Custom Lures is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely and on time. Any issues that arise during shipping must be addressed directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
Your order will ship once production is complete and the lure is ready for delivery.
